DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LEAGUE REGISTRATION - WE WILL NOTIFY WHEN THESE DOCS ARE NEEDED​

• Certified Copy of birth certificate (stamped by players school)

• Copy of mothers ID

• RCLFA Registration Form (stamped by players school)

• 2 x ID photos (attached to RCLFA form and stamped by players school)
